These workgroups have met and completed their participation in Phase 1 of the ODC project.
This was your portal to discussion on the following issues:
- funding the maintenance of public geodata
- security
- privacy
- public accessibility
- liability
- methods of distribution
We created four active workgroups with focus on specific elements of the overall ODC program. The workgroups were established at the initial ODC program meeting held Wednesday, April 9, from 1 to 5 PM, at the CalGIS 2003 Conference in Palm Springs, CA.
